- Marketing Materials: Find a graphic designer or video editor on Fiverr to create high-quality marketing materials.

- Social Media Management: Hire a social media expert to create and manage posts, run ads, and engage with your audience, helping you build your brand online.

- Virtual Staging: Enhance your listings with virtual staging services that can digitally furnish empty homes, making them more appealing to potential buyers.

- Content Writing: Outsource blog posts, property descriptions, or newsletters to a skilled writer, ensuring consistent and engaging communication with your clients.

Typical Costs:

- Graphic Design: $10-$50 for logos, flyers, and social media graphics.

- Video Editing: $30-$100 depending on the complexity of the project. I had this non real estate related video made for ~$25.

- Social Media Management: Typically $50-$300 per month for ongoing services.

- Virtual Staging: Usually around $25-$100 per image.

- Website creation: I'm in the process of having a webpage made for ~$100.
