Fall Mini Photo Session Event

Fall Mini Photo Session Event

This month’s tip is a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for a client event we hosted earlier this month: a fall mini photo session. You can access all the details of the event in our SOP HERE. In short, we offered mini photo sessions to our VIP clients to enhance our annual calendar of events. The response was incredible—36 time slots filled up almost entirely within 24 hours. Even those who couldn't attend expressed appreciation for the offer, and everyone who participated was grateful.

Each photo includes our team’s branding, providing great visibility when clients share them on social media and Christmas cards! The event cost us $1,350 in total, but it led to numerous opportunities for meaningful client interactions, very happy VIP’s, and our VIP’s branded photos all over social media. We’re now considering hosting this event twice a year—once in the spring for Mother’s Day and again in the fall.

Archive of Previous Month’s Tips

In January, I started sending out a monthly email to high-producing real estate agents across the country, agents I’ve connected with at various points. My goal was simple: keep our connection strong without sending the typical local market updates that might not be relevant. Instead, I wanted to share something valuable each month that has helped my business and could potentially benefit yours, too.

A few months ago, I realized it would be helpful to make previous tips easily accessible, especially for new agents I’ve added to the list. That’s why I’ve transitioned from a traditional email to a newsletter format, where you can now find an archive of all the tips I’ve shared since January. You can access the archive HERE.

As a reminder, here are the topics I’ve covered so far:

January: Artificial Intelligence Tools

February: Key Team Client Events

March: Zillow CMA (ZMA)

April: Creating a Google Map of Address List

May: 2-1 Mortgage Buydown

June: “Did You Hear About Your Neighbor?” Door Hangers

July: Unsolicited Video CMA

August: Beehiiv Email Newsletter

September: Fiverr Virtual Assistant

October: “Working With You Would Be A Treat” Halloween Geofarm Door Hanger

Have any of these topics been helpful to you? Are there any great tips you’d be willing to share? I’d love to hear from you!

Thank you!
