💡 Monthly Tip: Utilizing Canva as an AI Real Estate Coach

Earlier this month, I had the opportunity to attend the National Association of REALTORS® Legislative Meetings in Washington, D.C. as our local association president—my first trip to DC, and it didn’t disappoint! The history, the architecture, and the energy of the city were incredible. We even visited NAR headquarters and met with one of our state senators.

In between all the sightseeing and networking, one standout moment was a session led by Carrie Jo Little, a broker/owner from the Chicago area, on using Canva AI as your real estate marketing coach. I’ve used Canva for years, but this was a wake-up call—I’ve barely scratched the surface.

One tip that hit me right away: upload your listing photos into Canva and ask Magic Write to create a video for Instagram or other platforms. Canva detects what’s in the photos and builds a short, polished reel with transitions, text, and elements tailored to the property. Super easy, and a great way to show sellers we’re going above and beyond to market their home.
