For years, I sent out "Just Sold" postcards to neighborhoods, but at January's Tom Ferry Elite Retreat, I learned they’re not effective. Instead, they suggested sending "Did you hear about your neighbor?" postcards to spark curiosity. These link to a landing page telling the story of how we sold that specific home.

With my 12-year-old daughter's help, we created custom door hangers for 115 homes in our geofarm. We’re getting them printed for about a dollar each and plan to go door knocking next week. We hope the door hangers, with their custom info, will lead homeowners to scan the QR code and learn more. You can check out the story HERE.
