Around the 5:50 mark in THIS video, Jimmy Burgess explains his process for sending out unsolicited video CMAs. I was already sending a couple of ZMAs a day, but I decided to try Jimmy's approach. 

I started with people in my sphere who I had sold houses to three years ago. HERE is a link to my first one. The client responded, saying her house has been empty for two years because she got married and moved in with her husband. They’re going to have me out soon to look at it and get it listed. 

The second one I found out that my guy was about to lose his house to foreclosure. I immediately started helping him get it ready and I am listing it today!  My goal is to get it sold quickly so he can avoid foreclosure.

The takeaway is that you never know how many people in your database are ready for your help now!
