Before we discovered Sisu, our transaction management looked a lot like what many agents and teams start with—a whiteboard, sticky notes, memory, and prayers. It was a system, but not exactly a scalable one.
As a deer hunter, I spend hours in the woods with nothing but my thoughts. One cold November morning, my mind started racing through all the deals we had in the pipeline. Anxiety set in—were things slipping through the cracks? I knew there had to be a better way.
As soon as I got one bar of reception, I turned to my real estate mastermind group and asked: "What tools do you use to manage transactions?" The responses poured in, and Sisu kept coming up. After digging into my options, I knew right away—this was the tool for us.
