This year, I'm committed to staying in touch with agents I've connected with from across the state and country. I won't flood your inbox with local market stats. Instead, I'll share one valuable tip I've learned each month to help your business. Last time, I discussed AI tools. This month, our team started hosting a cost-effective event. Feel free to reach out if you're interested in learning more!

Key Team Ask Us Anything Happy Hour

I was reminded from a Tom Ferry webinar recently that hosting low-key, intimate events is one of the top 5 ways to generate leads. My coach stressed the importance of consistency in these efforts. We aren't trying to hit home runs with each of these events - just trying to hit singles and generate leads.  After enough singles we start to see runs come through.

Recently we organized a casual happy hour, and it was a success. People appreciated the no-pressure atmosphere of the event where there were casual conversations that built relationships rather than a formal seminar or Q&A session. We're even building non-real estate relationships, like my new gym buddy as a result of some non real estate conversations we had. He's not ready to buy his first home, but he will be soon.  Either way I'm building a relationship with someone I didn't know before as a result of a $100 event and a couple hours spent.  Our next event is at a coffee shop on a workday at 9 am.

I've included the event SOP link HERE for all the details on this event. In addition to this here are the key events we are planning for 2024:
