💡 Monthly Tip: Level Up Your Geo Farming with AI

Hope all is going great in your market! This month’s quick tip is something that’s been a time-saver for my team and could help you too.

We used ChatGPT to generate a 6-month schedule of geo farm postcard ideas—complete with front/back messaging, seasonal tie-ins, and a consistent brand feel. Instead of scratching our heads every month, we now have a full game plan we can just plug into our print/mail schedule.

If you haven’t tried it yet, give ChatGPT a prompt like:
“Create a list of geo farm postcard ideas with front and back text, two per month for the next 6 months, incorporating holidays and local market trends.”

Boom—instant marketing calendar.

Something else we have done is we have teamed up with a local printing company who not only prints high quality postcards out for us, but they print them with the individual names and addresses on them rather than us having to label each one. What a time saver!
