One of the things I want to do a better job of this year is keeping in contact with agents from around the state and country.  I promise I don't intend to blow up your inbox with local market stats you don't care about.  Instead, my intent is to share one useful thing I have learned in the past month that may be helpful for your own business.  

Artificial Intelligence Tools

I am now a Tom Ferry Elite coaching client and I attended a webinar on artificial intelligence (AI) tools.  So many great tools out there to help make us more efficient and effective.  I decided to use 3 of those tools to put together a video explaining the benefits of a 2-1 mortgage buydown program (see link to video below)

1. ChatGPT:  Asked ChatGPT to help with with a script for the video.  This program always blows my mind and this time was no exception.  Not only did it give me a script, but it gave me ideas for various scenes I could use in the video.  I was trying to turn this around quickly though so I decided to take what it gave me and as always I tailored it to my own style.  You can even ask ChatGPT to write the script as if someone well known was saying it and it'll modify it into language that person tends to use.

2. Caption AI:  Once I had the script I copied/pasted it into this app, which turned it into a rolling cue card on my phone.  This is nice for making the video, but the program also fixes your eyes so you are looking right at the camera.  For instance, you could be reading from a script on the table, but Caption AI corrects your eyes to be looking forward.  This also added the actual captions to the video.

3. Descript:  This was a pretty neat program that figures out what words you are saying and puts it into text.  Then if you decide you want to delete a word, like "um", you just delete the text um and it edits the video accordingly.  You can do this to add/remove gaps or oven move an entire section of video from one point in the video to the other simply by copying/pasting the text to a different section.

I'm by no means a video expert and I have a lot to learn, but I wanted to share these useful tools!  What are your favorite AI and/or video editing tools?
